Paddled Bottle
Dimensions: Approximately 13 cm (H) x 11.5 cm (W)
(Slight variations may occur between pieces, each piece has been photographed individually on this shop.)
Each piece is reduction-fired for twelve hours in a gas kiln that I built this year.
This handmade, wheel-thrown paddled bottle has a shino glaze, with a black freckling which variations reflect the firing process and soda ash content in the glaze.
The bottle is food and dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended to preserve its finish. Made with white stoneware clay and shino glaze. While durable, the edges can chip if handled roughly, so care is advised.
Each piece is unique, celebrating the charm of handmade ceramics.
